This notice explains how Grace Generations handles information submitted through the project inquiry form. It was last updated on August 24, 2026.
We collect the name, email address, business or organization name, selected project interest, timeline, and message that you choose to submit. The inquiry endpoint also processes request metadata, including your IP address and request headers, to validate requests, apply rate limits, and prevent abuse.
We use inquiry information to review your request, reply to you, assess whether Grace Generations is a fit, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and maintain appropriate business records.
The form sends your inquiry through Resend, an email-delivery service provider, to a Grace Generations email inbox. Resend processes the information as our delivery provider under its applicable service terms and privacy commitments.
Inquiry information is intended for Grace Generations personnel responsible for reviewing and responding to project requests. Within this inquiry workflow, information is shared with Resend for delivery and is not intentionally shared for unrelated advertising.
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain relevant business records, protect the form from misuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Rate-limit records are kept in temporary application memory and are not included in the inquiry email; request metadata may also appear in hosting or delivery-provider logs under their applicable retention settings. A continuing client relationship may require longer retention of relevant correspondence.
You may ask what inquiry information we have about you or request correction or deletion by emailing db@gracegenerations.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably required for security, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.
Do not submit passwords, financial information, payment-card data, health records, government identification numbers, customer data, private credentials, or other sensitive material through the inquiry form.
